Most floors are quoted from a photo, and occupied buildings and heavily soiled floors are walked first. Soil load, tire-mark density, oil, drain locations, and racked versus open area are confirmed before the scope and quote are written.
Debris removal and dry sweep
Banding, shrink-wrap, pallet fragments, and heavy dust are removed before any water is applied.
Machine scrub
The whole floor is scrubbed, and forklift lanes, turn points, and dock aprons receive extra attention.
Tire-mark treatment
Forklift lanes are treated with a tire-mark cleaner and scrubbed, and remaining marks are treated by hand.
Water recovery and disposal
All solution is recovered by the machine and disposed of to a sanitary drain on site.
Photo documentation
Before-and-after photos and a note on slab condition are delivered with the invoice.
