A 4,500 sq ft shop on a bare, unsealed slab in Houston that had never been machine-scrubbed, with years of oil soaked in around the lift. One visit. Dirty solution is recovered rather than left to dry, and the floor is fully dry within minutes.
Condition report
If the floor needs finish work, sealing, or repair that scrubbing will not address, it is noted with photos.
